On December 25, the China National Center For Food Safety Risk Assessment solicited public opinions on two novel food additives, protease and phosphoinositide phospholipase C, which come from Bacillus subtilis and Pseudomonas fluorescens. The deadline for comments is Jan. 16, 2021.
